Note
Where there is no mention drink, drink water, unsweetened fruit juice, tea, coffee, skim milk. No carbonated beverages.
Progress
After seven days – if scrupulously observed the rules, lose 5-7 kg.
- Day 1: soup, fruit (not bananas). It is recommended melon or green.
- Day 2: soup, vegetables (without fat), especially leaves: cabbage, salad, a boiled potato with oil.
- Day 3: the combination of the two days, more than potatoes.
- Day 4: soup, three bananas, milk as you can, water.
- Day 5: soup at least once, 300-500 gr. Beef, chicken or turkey without skin, fat, 3 tomatoes, or 6-8 cups of broth.
- Day 6: soup, beef (turkey) however, green leafy vegetables (excluding potatoes).
- Day 7: soup, rice, peas, unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables.
Foods that can be consumed without restrictions
Proteins:
- Animal protein… any lean meat, eggs hard, skim milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, Ricotta.
- Plant proteins… raw roots, vegetables and raw vegetables, fresh fruit in addition to nuts, peanuts, chestnuts.
Carbohydrates:
- Only those of vegetables, fruits and salads.
Fat:
- vegetable oils, margarine.
Salt:
- 5 gr. daily.
